A few of our wild horse friends

The first horses adopted under the new "wild horse adoption facilitation program" The Wild Horse Adoption Association of America launched a first of it's kind program at the 2007 Clark County Fair. On the last day of the fair, the new program had its first takers. A local couple from the Cold Creek area (outside Las Vegas) adopted two horses from the BLM's Ridgecrest, CA facility. WHAAA, using their trailer, transported the couple to the facility; assisted them in selecting the two-year old fillies, Sassy and Taffy, and brought them to their new home in Cold Creek, Nevada!
